
What advice would you give to your 21 year old self?
My father is celebrating his 94th birthday today and while I was making the trip to town to see him I thought about asking him "What advice would you give to your 21 year old self?"
His advice was to enjoy life as much as you can and to do the things that make you happy because, there will come a day when you can't do those things any longer.
It's OK Not to Feel OK
We can all have off days where we feel like we wished the ground would just swallow us up. However, we do not want to stay in this energy too long. Some people find it easier than others to snap out of more darker times in their lives. Judgements from well meaning people telling us to snap out of it are not helpful and, at times can add another layer of anxiety or shame.
Finding The Tribe You Belong To in the Everyday World!
As I come to the end of week one of my on line chakra course I am reflecting what has come up for me as I delve into the course alongside those doing it. This week we looked at belonging.
When we find our tribe or community we automatically feel a sense of belonging and a sense of comfort and a feeling of being okay to be ourselves in this community.
Being Authentic On Line
The word authentic is used so much these days in relation to being who we truly want to be. If we are working in the digital space our digital foot print reveals our authenicity. We often know whether or not we resonate with a person when we meet them in the more traditional off line networking sceanario. We may like the vocabulary they use and know that we could do business with them.

The Earth is ever generous. Plants grow, flowers continue to blossom from climbing vines and this far into the summer, many people are enjoying the fruits of their gardening labors. One of my core beliefs is that nature never disappoints us and is ever present to support our well-being on all levels of body, mind and spirit. When I walk down to the sea, and watch the waves rolling in without end I think, here is my constant companion. Any blues I’m feeling can be consoled by the rain, changed by a crashing thunderstorm, or lifted off by a clear sky, one of those days when the horizon blends perfectly with the ocean. That blue is only interrupted by flights of sea gulls. Sinking feet into sand, soil, thick carpets of verdant moss or stepping across the smooth stones of a rushing river, we are balanced, restored and find relief from racing and turbulent thoughts.
Vibrate At The Highest Frequency Possible
We live in a busy and stressful world, with this it’s playing on all our bodies, souls and minds. What can we do to make our lives more fulfilled being in abundance, love, wishes and dreams?
Do our body, soul and mind have the power to reach it’s full potential to be the best it can be? Yes it does, but we need a helping hand in doing so, something to pick up our energy and have us vibrate in the highest frequency possible.

Oh how true this quote is. We see this in nature all the time, each season with its own unique wonderful smells. The smell of a forest is quiet different after a shower of rain in winter than it is during a glorious hot summer day. Some people say they can smell rain before it actually comes!
Intimacy is a crucial component of any healthy relationship. Being able to show affection and share intimate moments with your significant other are signs that you and your partner are content with the way things are going and that you’re in a happy relationship. However, come stress, children, and pressures of daily life and many couples find themselves in unhappy relationships and marriages, and that’s when intimacy, as well as the relationship, are put on a back burner.
